the only thing i really disliked about my freestyle cores were that the groove was so low (close to the boot) that i had to put a massive groove in my backslide area in order to not have a retardedly stand-up backslide angle.

it does make torques and farvs really easy though, and you're right, the groove shape gives you that nice clicking-in feeling that lets you know you're locked in.

i'm going to be going back to anti on my next skates for sure, i'm sick of freestyle, i want a tighter groove.
