Did a little research and I think I found the cause of the slowdown.
Looks like the silly Lightbox script was taking forever to load for some reason. With lightbox turned on, I was seeing a 5 sec delay in full page load.
I've turned it off, see if it makes any difference.
BTW: http://www.believeinone.com/ loads Lightbox twice, brings up 6 javascript errors and loads a whole meg of data. Justin, if you're reading this, just so you know...

We love rollerblading and like many of you, we live on the web. There are a lot of places where rollerblading and the web mix, but over the years we realized something was missing. Most of the websites are just blogs with a forum, which is fine if that's all you want, but there's so much more that can be done.

Rollerhome was designed to give you everything you could ask for in a rollerblading community. We've been doing this stuff since before Google registered google.com. Yeah, that long. We've seen what works and what doesn't, what people want and what they don't want.
