My only concern is with a large portion of plastic missing from the skates now, the skate might not be as strong, but it shouldn't really be a problem.
Only concern other than that is when you lose the screws that hold in the soul plates (which I've always had issues with in other skates) and in this case it seems that it'd end with the whole thing becoming unstable.
